The professionalism of the Chef Roberto Sebastianelli, world champion in 1998/2004, together with the genuineness of the used ingredients, are a perfect union to serve to the customers fanciful courses, respecting the seasonal nature of the local products and loving them.
Every day you can find traditional dishes prepared with the firstlings of the market, in particular game of all types and also fish by appointment, all accompanied by excellent wines of the Marche Region that enrich the prestigious national wine cellar of the Restaurant.
