All the naturalistic paths start from the main square of the entire complex where also the Hotel stands together with the ancient Abbadia di Fiastra dated 1142, which was ruled uninterruptedly for many centuries by the Cistercians.
Close to La Foresteria, you can visit countries, as the Roman Urbisaglia, with its Roman amphitheatre and a magnificent Rocca (fortress) that has been twinned with the Principality of Monaco since a few years, or Sarnano, doorway to the Monti Sibillini range, with its world-famous National Park, home of the mysterious "Sibilla Appenninica" which from immemorial time lives in those high valleys.
For those who like to practice sports, you can find, next to La Foresteria Hotel, a big riding ground, golf, courses for beginners, per principianti, tennis courts.
