La Foresteria Hotel, recently opened, is located within the beautiful Natural Reserve of the Abbazia di Chiaravalle di Fiastra, a mystical and quiet place, where nature and faith merge in the mist of time, shaping evocative corners for men, to rest and restore their bodies, among fairy silences and austere buildings whose stones hold heroic feats of ancient knights. La Foresteria Hotel, carefullyrestructured a few years ago, stands infront of the monastery complex of the ancient Abbazia di Chiaravalle diFiastra, founded in 1142, a few kilometres from the cities of Macerata and Tolentino, doorway to the Monti Sibillini, and the characteristic medievaltowns of the Macerata inland. The Hotel provides numerous services, but it particularly gives to each customer the so much desired relaxation of mind by the constant stresses of everyday life, wisely combining hospitality with culinary traditions of a place that, after many centuries, still jealously retains the ancient recipes of Cistercian monks. The Foresteria consists of 24 rooms, completely new, where the elegance of tradition marries with the modernity of the provided services, creating a unique and friendly atmosphere. The customer will rediscover the good feeling of being at home, choosing among the various hotel proposals ranging from B and B (Bed and Breakfast) to full or half board. In Del Cistercense Restaurant, real novelty of the location, a team of chefs led by Roberto Sebastianelli, World Champion Chef from 1998 to 2002, prepare dishes according to ancient monk recipes, ensuring not only the authenticity of the carefully selected local products, but also delighting even the most sensitive and demanding palates. Instead, for those who love to take refuge for a short time in the quiet atmosphere of a millenarian Reserve and want to enjoy good food, in the Foresteria you can eat at "Del Viandante" (of the Wayfarer) Self-Service or at "Del Frate" (of the Monk) Pizzeria where a wide range of typical local dishes and pizzas of all kinds are served, all accompanied by excellent wines produced on our hills. The spectacular nature of the place and the size of the premises that make up the Foresteria, allow the achievement of business meetings and events of all kinds, while in the contiguous mansion, reserved for the Giustiniani Bandini Foundation, it is possible to organize important conferences and meetings, thanks to a large poly-functional hall, which is arranged also for the simultaneous translation.
